Manager – QA / QC

Key Responsibilities :

> Work with QCShop Floor & Lab Teams co develop strategies and foster a cohesive and creative work environment.

> Advocate best practices according to production process and inspection, analysing defects & investigating root causes to ensure the eliminations.

> Ensuring inspection and calibration of QC instruments as per specified frequency.

> Ensure implementation of QMS & improve SAP QM module according to system requirements.

Required Qualification & Experience

> MS: Mechanical / Metallurgy Engineering with 9 years experience or B.E Mechanical / Metallurgy Engineering with 11 -16 years experience.

Deputy Manager – Supply Chain

Key Responsibilities :

> Review, update and implement supply chain practices in accordance with new or changing environmental policies, standards, regulations, or laws.

> Analysis of supply and forecast demand by keeping records of external factors and changing trends.

>Manage logistics operation and coordinate with transporters and agents for c ontracting and subcontracting. Must have a fair understanding of logistics and supply chain operation.

Required Qualification & Experience

> B.E Mechanical with 9 years experience or Masters in Supply Chain with 12 years of experience, preferably from manufacturing industry background.

> Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Deputy Manager – Sales & Marketing (01 Position for South & 02 for North)

Key Responsibilities :

> Develop market for flat steel products in your designated region & induct new customers to boost sales.

> Close interaction with customers in order to obtain timely inquires & execution of sales, resolution of various quality related complaints.

> Regular market visits to have first hand information of similar products availability & its performance in the market & prepare reports.

> Follow-up and ensuring timely payments are received from customers.

Required Qualification & Experience

> MBA Marketing with 12 years experience orB.t Mechanical with 9 years experience, preferably from manufacturing industry background.

> Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Deputy Manager – Utilities

Key Responsibilities :

> Trouble shooting of the faults in the equipment installed in department.

> Accountable to the HSE department for any unsafe activity carried out in the premises.

> Accountable to the department Head for daily activities pertaining to department.

Required Qualification & Experience

> B.E Mechanical / Chemical with Minimum 5 – 6 years experience in the operations & maintenance of plant utilities and auxiliaries including HVAC, compressors, boilers & water management etc.

Deputy Manager – Security

Key Responsibilities :

> Responsible for security and vigilance of office premises/installations at factory premises, Coordination with government agencies/department and managing a team of patrolling & security guards. Applicant must have communication & interpersonal skills & should be ready to work in demanding work environment.

Required Qualification & Experience

> Candidate must be retired as Major or equivalent from armed forced having excellent service record and age limit of 45 50.

> Minimum 2 years of working in civilian industry preferable.

Deputy Manager – Mechanical (Crane Maintenance)

Key Responsibilities :

> Supervise the Execution of Planned and Preventive Jobs of all Overhead Cranes in coordination with relevant Production Lines.

> Rectification and Trouble Shooting of Crane & PEB Maintenance jobs.

> In cases of Breakdown, the incumbent is to develop the Failure Analysis Report and submit the same to his superior for relevant action.

> Inventory Control and Supervision of Spare Parts of all Cranes on relevant Production Lines at ASML.

Required Qualification & Experience

> B.E Mechanical with Minimum 6 years experience.

> Strong Analytical Skills & Ability to relate to employees across all cadres, prior experience of general maintenance and lifting machine maintenance.

Sr. Assistant Manager – Supply Chain (Exports)

Key Responsibilities:

> Processing ail Imports/Exports documents including export of repair or replacement, L/C, as well as correction of discrepancies.

> Verify all AWR and other exports documents, Spa and Air freight negotiation with shipping agents

> Handle logistics port activities, maintain advance payment records, scrutiny of B/Land shipping certificate.

Required Qualification & Experience

> MBA in Supply Chain with 8 years experience or B E Mechanical with 6 years experience, preferably from manufacturing industry background.

> Applicant should be fully conversant with exports best practices and thorough knowledge of Pakistan customs tariff, HS Codes, SRQ/directives, etc.

Sr. Assistant Manager – Production

Key Responsibilities :

> Confer with upper management to implement operating procedures, resolve system malfunctions and provide technical information.

> Standardize process for all work stations, Work with staff to implement process improvement recommendations

> Ability to manage teams and lead several projects at the same time, and to handle pressure and tight deadlines

> Monitoring product standards and implementing quaiiry-control programs, Documents & layouts preparation to ensure built in quality

Required Qualification & Experience

> B.E Mechanical with Minimum 6 years experience, preferably from steel manufacturing industry.

> Ability to handle junior employees and aware of Quality Control concepts, Production Management and Process Optimization

Sr. Assistant Manager – EH&S

Key Responsibilities :

> Self-motivated person developing EHS culture at shop floor according to standard and legal practice.

> Ensuring necessary requirement for IMS ceriifications(ISO 14001 & ISO 45001) & Ensuring regular audits according to EHS SOPs.

> Investigating accidents and non-compliance to determine if there has been a breach of health and safety laws

> Arranging specific safety training courses for employees so as to create safety awareness.

Required Qualification & Experience

> MSc Chemistry with NEBOSH certification or B.S Environmental / Chemical Engineering with 6 -10 years of relevant experience.

> Must be proactive, possess good interpersonal skills, willing to lead a team of multi skill players and highly analytical in approach.

Sr. Assistant Manager – Warehouse (Lahore)

Key Responsibilities :

> Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with Company’s policies and vision.

> Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations, setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization.

> Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security.

> Produce reports and statistics regularly (In/Out status report, dead stock report etc)

Required Qualification & Experience

> MBA in Supply Chain with min 8-10 years experience, preferably from manufacturing industry background.

SAP Consultants

Key Responsibilities :

> SAP Certified & experienced candidates in Fl CO / SD/ PM / MM / Basis modules are required.

Required Qualification & Experience

> Qualification: Degree in computer science (min 16 years of education) from HEC recognized university,

> Experience: At least 8 years of total experience with min 3 years of SAP related experience in completing full life cycles of respective module.

For all positions, experience in industrial projects & heavy manufacturing industry is preferable
