Al Meezan Investment Management Limited requires suitable candidate for the position of Human Resources Manager ( Position based in Karachi)
The HR Manager shall involves in finding, interviewing, screening, recruiting new job applicants, devising employee retention strategies, employee relations, performance management review and devising training and development programs.
Responsibilities also include assisting HR Head in developing, coordinating and executing all human resource functions in support of the organization.
The position mainly require expertise and ownership of all Sales related staff matters across the company from recruitment to performance reviews, separation process, disciplinary action, learning and development etc.
Candidates should be masters (from HEC recognized university) in relevant field or similar qualification in related discipline with minimum 12 years’ of experience out of which three years’ experience in managerial capacity preferably in mutual funds or financial sector.
