Hiring of Consultant for System Evaluation & vendor Selection-Core Banking System
The Bank of AJK intends to re-invite sealed bids under Rule 36(b) Single Stage Two Envelop Procedure from well reputed IT Consultant firms/Companies for the vendor & system evaluation of Core Banking System.
• Interested eligible bidders may get the Request for Proposals (RFP) for aforementioned Task after submission of written application along with tender fee Rs. 10,000/- in form of Bank Draft/Pay order (nonrefundable) which shall be issued only during working hours immediately after publication of this tender from IT Division BAJK Head office Muzaffarabad Azad Kashmir.
• Firms/ Companies should submit amount of 2% of bid Security refundable in case of nonsuccessful bidder.
• Tenders complete in all respect only along with technical details would be considered.
• All the bidders should submit/deposit the complete tender by May 15,2019 at 11.00 AM at IT Division BAJK Head office Muzaffarabad, Azad Kashmir.
• Technical Proposals will be opened in the presence of bidder’s representatives who choose to attend at 11.30 AM on the same date and venue.
• The Competent Authority reserves the right to reject any or all tenders in accordance with AJK PPRA rules.
