The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) is established as an autonomous body under Chartered Accountants Ordinance 1961 {the Ordinance). ICAP strives to promote professional excellence, provide best services to its stakeholders and safeguard public interest. Moving ahead in this direction, ICAP is looking to induct bright and energetic individuals for the following positions:


The position is responsible to handle secretarial work related to the meetings of ICAP’s Committees/Boards and Task Forces. Responsibilities shall include compilation and finalization of agenda, working papers, minutes of the meetings, coordination with other departments and liaison with regulatory authorities.


A Chartered Accountant with minimum 1 -3 years of post-qualification experience will be considered as an ideal candidate for this position. Candidates having working experience in Corporate Affairs department will be given preference. MBA or Masters from HEC recognized University/Institute with relevant corporate experience of at least 4-5 years of working in a reputable organization are also encouraged to apply. The candidate must be highly proficient in English communication and report writing skills.


The candidate will provide secretarial support to ICAP’s Small and Medium Practice Committees which includes preparation of agendas, recording of minutes and conducting research related to various projects of the Committee.

The candidate should be a Certified Finance & Accounting Professional (CFAP) having 1-2 years of post articleship experience with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preference would be given to the candidates experienced in recording minutes and report writing.


This position will be responsible to assist Manager Investigation in matters related to investigation cases and functions of Investigation Committee including analysis of complaints, preparing reports of the Investigation Committee and drafting letters/notices in light of the applicable laws and regulations.

The ideal candidate should have a Certificate in Accounting & Finance (CAF) from ICAP or a Law Graduate. Applicants with post-graduation degree in other disciplines will also be considered. The candidate should have working experience of minimum 1 -2 years in addition to handling off-site or on-site regulatory inspections/statutory inquiries and compliance/corporate and legal affairs with excellent communication and report writing skills. Moreover, candidates having additional experience of managing secretarial work will be given preference.


The candidate will assist Assistant Manager (Peshawar) in maintaining professional standards of library, providing logistical and administrative support to the satellite office as and when required. He/She will be responsible for promoting and improving services of the library to facilitate the students in an effective and efficient manner.

The ideal candidate must have at least 16 years’ education in Library Sciences/ Business or related discipline from HEC recognized University with at least 1 year of related experience. Candidates must be proficient in using MS Office, preference will be given to the candidate having excellent communication skills.
