As time passes and experience gained, it penetrated itself into the industry by obtaining Liner agency of different shipping lines of the world, Afghan Cargo Door To Door facility,other Port Facilities.

CIM Shipping has membership of IATA, FIATA,WCA-APLN, JCTRANS, PIFFA, Freight-Net Chamber of Commerce.
We are looking for a Help Desk Analyst to provide support to our agent and staff on all company supported applications, determine the source of provided issues and advise on appropriate action. Documents, tracks and monitors issues to ensure they are resolved in a timely manner. Provide Software training to our Agent and employees. To measure and analyze software issues to determine root causes.
• Provide Software training to our Agent and employees.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fluency in English / Urdu
• At least one year of experience
