Hiring Social Media Community Manager for Faysal Bank, Karachi.
Handle & manage customer queries on social media platforms. Generate leads including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn & Instagram.
Manage & direct sales leads to Business Channels.
Develop brand awareness and online reputation.
Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner. Monitor customer reviews for onward escalation to business as per escalation grid.
Organize and participate in events to build community, boost brand & product awareness.
Provide innovative solutions to existing & potential customers to increase the wallet size.
BBA or MBA with 3 – 4 years of experience in digital media functions or versatility in any Branch Banking or Call Center role.
Strong verbal & written communication skills.
Awareness of usage of social media tools as per prescribed official scripts and responses.
Must have a good eye for trends & understanding of social media metrics.
Able to build strong relationships in order to interact with key contacts in Consumer Segments.
