We’re looking for a highly-driven and motivated Associate – Talent Acquisition Expansions for our team in Pakistan. If you are looking for a place where you can gain hands-on exposure and have a direct impact, then this may be the place for you!
-Conducting end to end recruitment process of Expansions nationwide.
-Design and plan interview & selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
-Process documentations and paperwork for new employees as well as assist with the orientation process.
-Compensating and negotiating employees with consistency and integrity.
-Resolving employee issues and counseling.
-Provide off-boarding support to all employees.
-Bachelor’s degree; a relevant Master’s degree is a strong plus.
-At least 1+ years of work experience in relevant field of work.
-Strong leadership and communication skills.
-Process-oriented and data-driven.
-Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, or Google equivalents.
-Proactive and could lead independent projects.
-Excellent English skills.
