Remember that providing any kind of donation, financial assistance or service to outfits declared banned / under surveillance according to Anti-Terrorism Act, 1997 and United Nations Security Council Act. 1948 is a crime. This can result in a prison sentence of 5-10years and a fine of Rs. 10 million. In addition to that, personal movable and immovable property of the individual can also be forfeited.
