E-Tender Notice

Scaled tenders are invited from firms / companies registered with income tax and sales tax departments for the supply of Paper, Printing and Binding Material for the year 2018-19 as per following terms and conditions:-

1. The tenders should reach the undersigned on or before 21/03/2019 which will be opened on the same day in presence of the tenderers or Iheir authorized representatives in the office of the undersigned. Copy of attested return for 2017-18 filed with these authorities shall be attached.

2. Each lender should be accompanied in the shape of call deposit as earnest money @ 2% of the total amount in the name of the Controller Printing and Stationery Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Shami Road, Peshawar

3. No tender will be considered without samples, call deposit and after the due date and time.

4. Sales tax and income tax registration numbers must be indicated in the tender form.

5. The successful bidders must deposit earnest amount under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority’s goods, works and services Rules 2014.

6. The successful bidder will be hound to make supply within mentioned period in the supply order from the date of issue, to the Government Printing and Stationery Department, Shami Road, Peshawar. Failure in the supply within the stipulated period of time or below the standard shall entail forfeiture of the earnest money / call deposit.

7. All taxes including stamp duty will be deducted from the bid of successful bidders as per rules.

8. Detailed specifications of each item and other terms and conditions are mentioned in the tender documents and can be obtained during office hours at the cost of Rs. 1000/- only.

Note: The competent authority has the right to reject any or all bids by assigning reason under Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority’s Procurement of Goods, Works & Serv ices Rules 2014.
