CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP OFFICER
– Ensure all customers are acknowledged, provided basic information related to product and services;
– Capturing customer information of walk-in customers;
– Developing Business Leads from customer walk-ins & inbound calls;
– Building & enhancing customer relationships through customer follow-up;
– Managing Customer Leads and working with sales team to convert leads into opportunities;
– Managing all inbound and outbound customer calls;
– Ensure customer complaints are handled and resolved accurately and quickly;
– Managing digital accounts and customer queens via email, social media, etc.
Experience: The Incumbents must have 4-6 years of experience in managing Customer Relationship with very strong follow-up to maintain customer retention.
Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from recognized institute.
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
– Good command over Ms. Office.
Job Location: Karachi Based.
