Our client, a leading asset management company, operating in Pakistan is currently seeking passionate and experienced professionals for the following positions:
Roles, responsibilities, qualification and experience:
1. HEAD OF SALES
Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire sales. -> Develop and implement national strategic goals, objectives, collateral / campaigns for marketing of funds based on current competitive market along with budget.
Seek and tap into new market segments through market research. -> Develop and implement organization sales forces incentive plans -> Develop and manage Alternative Distribution Channel (online sales).
2. HEAD OF SALES – INSTITUTIONAL
Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire sales.
Develop strategic institutional sales plan with the team to meet pre-assigned targets.
Develop strategies to tap into new opportunities within the market. Build long term corporate relationships through information management and quality services. -> Proven track record of achieving targets and driving sales growth.
3. HEAD OF SALES-RETAIL
-> Strong leadership skills and ability to drive retail sales growth.
Plan and implement retail sales efforts across country-wide branches and sales counters to meet targets. Develop branch growth strategy -> Manage retail sales team and client relationships.
4. BRANCH MANAGERS
Execute retail sales plan to meet fund related targets. Develop excellent retail sales team and manage client relationships, providing accurate information and quality services. -> Ensure compliance of AML/CFT regulations and the guidelines
associated to them, issued by SECP. -> The selected candidates will be posted in Bahawalpur, Gujrat, Lahore and other cities in the country.
The candidates for Head of Sales (National/institutional/Retail) and Branch Managers must possess excellent knowledge of the equities and money markets, other segments, mutual fund industry, marketing and presentation. Candidates must also hold a Master’s/MBA (Marketing) degree from a reputable (HEC approved) university and have at least 5 years of experience of working in a large asset management company or financial institution.
5. MARKETING OFFICERS / TEAM LEADERS / RELATIONSHIP OFFICERS
-> Execute retail sales plan to meet fund-wise sales targets. -> Build client relationships and provide accurate information and services.
-> Selected candidates will be posted in major cities in the country and
at sales counters in Faisalabad, Uggoki (Sialkot), Taxila (Wah Cantt). -> Have reasonable knowledge of and at least 2 years of work
experience of marketing of mutual funds. Incumbent should hold a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university. -> Junior staff in the above positions must have basic education and 1 year of experience marketing of mutual funds.
6. COMPANY SECRETARY
-> Act as a single point of contact with the Board of Directors and management to coordinate and organize meetings between them and shareholders. Record minutes of all Board of Directors’ meetings. Ensure compliance of all procedures, applicable laws, rules and regulations, Companies Act 2017, relevant SECP and SBP guidelines, Secretarial Laws and Code of Corporate Governance. The candidate should have 5 years of experience and be a member of a recognized institute of professional accountants or member of a recognized institute of Corporate / Chartered Secretaries such as ICAP / ICMAP / ICSP or hold a Master’s degree in Business Administration/ be a Law graduate from a university recognized by HEC.
7. MANAGER RISK
Design and implement an overall risk management process for the organization with an analysis of financial impact on funds. Perform risk assessment analysis of current and potential risks, including market risk, liquidity risk, concentration risk, reputational risk etc. Incumbent will ensure all relevant market risk factors are covered and communicated to Fund Managers and investment committee members. -> Provide proactive / independent insight to fund managers regarding
risk in the capital markets. -> Provide periodic risk reviews to Fund Management Team for local investments and risk simulations to capture real-time volatility in stock markets.
Candidates must hold an MBA/Master’s degree and preferably be a certified FRM (Financial Risk Manager) with at least 5 years of experience of working with an asset management company or financial institution.
8. SENIOR MANAGER – HUMAN RESOURCES
Identifying and implementing in-house and external training programs within organization.
Developing and implementing a performance evaluation and management system.
Conduct a work load assessment program and right person for right job analysis.
Develop HR as a strategic function within the organization. -> Develop HR initiatives and systems which can be reviewed by the management to process recruitment as per standard operating procedures.
Ensure timely execution of HR functions as in practice. The incumbent will develop / update employees’ assessment systems seeking input/review by all concerned. -> Develop employee’s screening and training mechanisms.
The candidates should hold a Bachelor’s and/or Master’s/MBA (Human Resource) degree from a reputable (HEC approved) University and have at least 5 years of experience of working in a reputable institution.
