The Human Resource Development Center (HRDC), is a training, research & consultancy center of IMSciences Peshawar.
HRDC IMSciences requires the services of qualified & experienced Technical Coordinator (Provincial Level) and District Technical Coordinator/s (District Level) for 07 Newly Merged Districts (NMDs’) of KP Following are the details:
1 Technical Coordinator (Provincial Level)
Masters’ Degree preferably from an international university or local university of repute in social sciences, preferably Economics, development studies and or information technology 8 Years in Relevant Field
I). Possess excellent <nowledge of government planning, budgeting and A DP, skills evidenced of orevious experience with government or development sector organization in monitoring and project management in MAs of KP
II). Excellent understanding of contexts of Merged Areas (MAs) context evidenced by previous experience
III). The position requires extensive travel into MAs, therefore qualified applicants from the MA districts will be preferred;
IV). Excellent knowledge of English, Urdu and Pashtu anguage;
V). Excellent working knowledge of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) (related software, phone, fax, email and internet) and computer application (e.g. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
1). Serve as the focal point for coordination with District Technical Advisors for implementation of FDP technical assistance activities at the provincial level. Provide guidance to district-level staff for planning and coordination.
2). Continuously engage with IMU at the provincial and district level to provide better understanding to the district-based staff of the process of IMU monitoring and evidences gathered by IMU for reporting on the district level indicators.
3). Assist E&SED delivery teams in implementation of NMD region activities.
4). Ensure collaboration with GIZ/FDP and E&SED to ensure planning and implementation of specific capacity development measures.
5). As needed, assist the district staff in implementation of E&SED plans including budget execution, as relevant and in collaboration with FDP and KESP team.
2. District Technical Coordinator/s (District Level)
At least BS(Hons)/ University degree preferably in social sciences/ecoromics/statistics, development studies and or information technology 03 to 04 Years in Relevant Field
I). Possess excellent knowledge of (preferably of) government planning, budgeting and ADP, skills evidenced of previous experience with government and or with development organizations in MAs of KP will be ^referred;
II). Excellent presentation skills and proficiency in Microsoft office and data analysis software(s) such as MS. Excel and Access will be an advantage;
III). Excellent understanding of contexts of MA context evidenced by previous experience.
IV). Positions to be based in respective MA districts, therefore applicants from MA districts will be preferred;
V). Excellent knowledge of English, Urdu and Pashtu language.
1). Serve as the focal point for coordination with District Education Officers for implementation of FDP technical assistance activities at district level. Provide guidance in district-level planning and coordination.
2). Assist E&SED delivery teams In implementation of district level activities including activities under District Education Plan, feedback on capacity building events/workshops, collection of data for research, monitoring and evaluation activities and support communication functions by sharing success stories, photographs and dissemination of important updates from E&SED
