Assistant Manager Procurement – Administration Department
Skills required: Oracle / procurement / MS Excel/ MS Word
Grade: up-to MG – 6
Salary Range: 50K to 70K
Experience: 4 – 5 years
Candidate must have sound knowledge of procurement – Brand /Signages / Internal & External Branding etc.
Receive request through I Procurement from various departments and issue purchase order to vendors if the prices are approved /standardized, in other cases obtain quotes from vendor’s, prepare comparison, negotiate and obtain approval and issue purchase order to vendor for delivery to the requestor.
Resolution of complaints pertaining to brand /signage received through CMS. Settle vendor invoices as per process Prepare MIS as per requirement. Responding to emails and staff queries. Other department related work, including filing of documents.
