JS Global Capital Limited (‘the Company’) was incorporated as a private limited company on June 28, 2000. However, the Company commenced its operations in May 2003 and name of the Company was changed from JSCL Direct (Private) Limited to Jahangir Siddiqui Capital Markets (Private) Limited. Subsequently, the Company was converted into a public unquoted company and the holding company Jahangir Siddiqui and Company Limited (JSCL) offered its 25% shareholding to the general public for subscription in December 2004 and the Company obtained listing on Karachi Stock Exchange Limited and Islamabad Stock Exchange (Guarantee) Limited on February 7, 2005.

The Company operates through Eleven branches: Two in Karachi, while one each in Lahore, Islamabad, Hyderabad, Rawalpindi, Multan, Peshawar and Abbottabad and two in Faisalabad besides head (registered) office based in Karachi. The registered office of the Company is situated at 6th Floor, Faysal House, Shahra-e-Faisal, Karachi, Pakistan.

Job Requirements:
Qualification: MBA (Finance) with CA, ACCA or Law Degree
Experience: 2 years’ or above

Responsibilities’

 To comply the necessary requirements as set out in Companies Act, 2017, Code of Corporate Governance
and Central Depository Company of Pakistan Limited regulations, State Bank of Pakistan and other
applicable Company’s laws prevailing in Pakistan
 To manage some of the major compliance of Brokerage House
 To take necessary and educate steps for transfer of shares whether physical or electronic as and when
arrived in company through its share registrar on timely basis as per law and also look after formalities relates to duplicate shares certificates and transmission process etc.
 To prepare and e-file statutory returns/forms as specified in Companies Act, 2017 with the Companies Registration Office/Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan
 To liaise with Shares Registrar of Company for different matters related to shares
 To prepare and disseminate free float of shares on quarterly basis and also working on the revised methodology of free float as set out by PSX
 To maintain all statutory register as defined or required by Companies Act, 2017
 To prepare minutes of all meetings including Board of Directors and Sub-Committee established by the Board
 To make and prepare necessary documents for the meeting of Board of Directors, AGM, EOGM, Class Meeting of preference shareholders and/or any other sub committees meetings
