Quality Assurance Officer
Minimum Experience: 3-4 years
Minimum Eligibility: BBA/MBA Should have sound knowledge of operating MS Office, specifically MS Excel
Duties & Responsibilities:
Update routine Quality Assurance ISMs
Developing New ISMs Improving existing ISMs
Develop understanding of business and its processes
Develop tools and techniques to monitor quality of services
Assisting Manager in process understanding and data gathering
Assisting Manager in the preparation and circulation of ISMs of different departments on monthly & quarterly basis.
