Assistant Training Manager
Minimum Experience: 3-5 years in relevant field
Minimum Eligibility: BBA/MBA Should possess excellent communication and presentation skills
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Facilitate Skill Builder level (SBL) sessions such as SBL – I (Stages I, II & III), SBL – II (Stages I & II) & SBL – III (Stages I & II)
• Conduct External Banca Training for respective partner banks.
• Design and deliver soft skill and motivational sessions across retail distribution channels.
• Timely submit mandatory training documents such as Travelling & expense vouchers, training results etc.
• Achieved FLMI and ALMI designations for personal grooming and development.
• Manage and deliver training assignments as assigned by Line Manager
