Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible to handle complaints in his zone.
Keep office record and maintain all office correspondence with head office after approval on zonal in charge/Assistant Manager.
Must have knowledge of company products so that He/She can handle customer inquiries and respond to customer questions in the best possible manner.
To communicate and coordinate with colleagues for smooth functioning routine work.
Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
Visit customer’s site and resolve their issues and claims.
Providing feedback on the efficiency of customer processes.
In case of emergency, Zonal in Charge can assign him at customer Site.
