Operation Managers (Karachi)
• Overall supervision of all general banking branch operations.
• Ensure compliance of SBP policies and SOPs while processing any transactions.
• Ensure all transactions input and supervision are duly supported by source documents and daily work is completed before COB.
• Ensure staff in the branch adheres to the policies, procedure^ind controls and also to the directives issued by the organization and SBP.
• Periodically review the procedures to ensure compliance’with SOPs and SBP’s regulations.
• Ensure the Bank is not exposed to any airrafited risk by implementing internal controls and accountability at each level against money laundering.
• Implement technological and procedufatehanges introduced by Head Office to ensure higher efficiency and better of service.
• Maintain staff discipline and ens& professional excellence and availability of backup.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s from HEC recognized institutions.
