The individuals fulfilling the below-mentioned basic eligibility criteria may apply for the following positions:

Position: Assistant Manager Trade

Basic Eligibility Criteria

Academic / Professional Qualification:

Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable HEC recognized University/Institute.

Experience: Overall 02 years experience in banking out of which 01 year in the relevant area.

Age: Up to 40 years

Other Skills / Expertise Preferred:

Knowledge of all International Chamber of Commerce Publications along with local regulatory requirements and relevant policies will be an added advantage.

Place of Posting: Karachi

Outline of Main Duties / Responsibilities:

• Certification of form EIF and EFE (Issuance, amendment, cancellation, transferred to or from other banks etc.).

• BDA/BCA Marking in WeBOC.

• Maintenance of record of all forms & handling of SBP approvals and DLTLs cases etc.

• Awareness about Good Declaration (GD).

• Submission of Returns on ITRs.

• Reporting of Export Overdue V11, V20 &V21 etc.

• Awareness about customer KYC/CDD.

• Awareness about sanctions TBML, under and over invoice.

• Knowledge of Import Export products policies.

• Management of shipping documents.

Position: Trade Finance Officer

Basic Eligibility Criteria

Academic / Professional Qualification:

Bachelor s Degree from a reputable HEC recognized University/Institute.

Experience: Minimum 03-05 years’ experience in Trade Finance.

Age: Below 40 years

Other Skills / Expertise Required:

Knowledge of all International Chamber of Commerce Publications along with local regulatory requirements and relevant policies will be an added advantage.

Place of Posting: Lahore, Multan, Faisalabad and Karachi

Outline of Main Duties / Responsibilities:

• Processing of trade transaction as per job description (i.e. import, ERF, guarantees, LC advising etc.) in centralized environment.

• Lodgment and retirements of import / export documents.

• Disbursements of loans (FAFB, FAPC, FBP, FIM, FATR. FE25, ERF etc.).

• Dispatch of shipping documents, collection, negotiation and their record maintenance etc.

• Issuance of shipping guarantees, bank guarantees, claims, cancellations, etc.

• Handle import / export advance payments as per SBP guidelines.

• Advising of LC / LC Amendment / Cancellation to the customer / branch and recover advising charges from the customer.

• Ensure that all transactions are processed within the allowed TAT and as per SLA with the branches.

• Receipt of all shipping documents and checking its genuineness and completeness.

• Day End review of all the enteries made in the system by ensuring all the enteries have been made according to the request sent by branches and Day End Reconciliation Report.

• Provide Customer services and handle inquiries, and reporting to all stakeholders internal, external, SBP etc.

Assessment test / Interviews: Only shortlisted applicants strictly meeting the above-mentioned basic eligibility criteria will be invited for test and/or panel interview(s).

Employment Type:

The employment will be on contractual basis, for three years which may be renewed on discretion of the Management. Selected candidates will be offered compensation package and other benefits as per Bank’s Policy / rules.
