The individuals who fulfill the below-mentioned basic eligibility criteria may apply for the following positions:

Position: Department Head – International Compliance

Basic Eligibility Criteria

Academic / Professional Qualification:

Minimum 16 years of education preferably MBA/BBA/B.Sc./B.Sc.(Hons.)/ACCA/ACMA from a reputable HEC recognized College/University/lnstitute or foreign institution

Experience: Minimum 05 years of banking experience preferably in regulatory compliance, Internal Control and / or Audit

Age: Up to 35 years

Other Skills / Expertise Reguired:

Strong communication skills along with good working knowledge of MS Office

Outline of Main Duties / Responsibilities:

• To liaise with International branches on all compliance related matters.

• To ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines related to overseas operations, Governance framework of overseas operations and CRM guidelines.

• To actively monitor international regulatory developments and trends, and ensure that the branches comply with new or amended regulations.

• To perform review of policies, procedures and manuals of overseas branches.

• To coordinate with compliance officers of overseas branches to ensure that periodic checks of different branch functions are performed with a view to assess compliance with regulatory and internal policies.

• To review resolution status of key compliance issues highlighted by the respective regulators.

• To perform offsite reviews of overseas branches and subsidiaries covering regulatory AML-CFT risks.

Position: Department Head – Compliance Committee Coordination

Basic Eligibility Criteria

Academic / Professional Qualification:

Minimum 16 years of complete education from a reputable HEC recognized University/Institute/College

Experience: Minimum 05 years of experience in compliance/Audit/Risk Management Function

Age: Maximum 40 years

Other Skills / Expertise Reguired:

• Advanced level Excel and computer literacy required

• Excellent written english communication skills

• Should be able to manage the compliance committee and board compliance committee meetings

Outline of Main Duties / Responsibilities:

• To be responsible for organizing Committee meetings and follow up on agenda items.

• To organize and schedule meetings, prepare and consolidate agenda items, to draft and disseminate minutes of the meeting and to follow up on matters arising and its remediation.

• To participate in the design and review of new products and services so as to reasonably ensure that the same compliant with all applicable laws and regulations.

• To facilitate implementation of Compliance Risk Management culture within the bank and monitor regulatory compliance with laws, rules, regulations, policies and procedures.

Assessment Interviews:

Only shortlisted applicants strictly meeting the above-mentioned basic eligibility criteria will be invited for panel interviews.

Employment Type:

The employment will be on contractual basis, for three years which may be renewed on discretion of the Management. Selected candidates will be offered compensation package and other benefits as per Bank’s Policy / rules.
