NBP invites applications against the following positions from professionals with proven track record and capacity to act as a catalyst for transformation in a challenging environment in the area of Risk Management.

The individuals who fulfill the below-mentioned basic eligibility criteria may apply for the following positions:

Position: Department Manager / Risk Manager

Basic Eligibility Criteria

Academic / Professional Qualification:

Minimum Bachelor’s degree. Preference will be given to Master’s Degree in Business Administration/Mathematics/Statistics/Economics/Commerce/Actuarial Sciences from HEC recognized University/Institute.

Experience: At least 03 years’ relevant experience.

Age: Maximum 45 years

Outline of Main Duties / Responsibilities:

• To review new/updated product programmes and proposing procedures / aspects for improved risk management in consumer related programmes.

• To review various policies and procedures, as developed by concerned stakeholder’s and providing feedback for improvements from risk management perspective.

• To provide inputs on the overall risk management strategies and the capital adequacy submission (under Basel framework).

• To prepare and submit to senior management various type of credit risk/portfolio MIS, analysis.

• To propose/coordinate in introduction of procedures to ensure accuracy and consistency of data to be used for credit risk number crunching.

• To conduct statistical/mathematical analysis for development of various tools.

• To conduct training and provide assistance on IRR/scorecards.

• To assist Head Credit Risk Architecture in development/updating of various frameworks, tools, methodology for effective Risk Management.

Position: Credit Risk Analyst

Basic Eligibility Criteria

Academic/ Professional Qualification:

Minimum Bachelor’s degree. Preference will be given to Master’s Degree in Business Administration/Mathematics/Statistics/Economics/Commerce/Actuarial Sciences from HEC recognized University/Institute.

Experience: At least 02 years’ relevant experience.

Age: Maximum 40 years

Outline of Main Duties / Responsibilities:

• To conduct various types of statistical analysis/regression.

• To develop statistical internal risk rating model/scorecard, validation and back testing of results.

• To conduct credit portfolio stress testing and periodically submitting the results to the management.

• To assist in providing input and feedback from a credit portfolio risk perspective in the launch of specific products/facilities.

• To coordinate in introducing procedures to ensure accuracy and consistency of data to be used for risk number crunching, reviewing etc.

• To assist in preparation of various MIS and exception reports for submission to the concerned authorities.

• To review new products, proposing / recommending / approving procedures for credit risk management in such products.

Assessment Tests / Interviews:

Only shortlisted applicants strictly meeting the above-mentioned basic eligibility criteria will be invited for test and / or panel interviews.

Employment Type:

The employment will be on contractual basis, for three years which may be renewed on discretion of the Management. Selected candidates will be offered compensation package and other benefits as per Bank’s Policy / rules.
