The Pakistan Institute for Parliamentary Services (PIPS) has been established under an Act of the Parliament It is a premier and first of its kind institute providing quality research, legislative and capacity building services tor the National and Provincial Legislatures and their functionaries. The Executive Director is the Chief Executive of the Institute and works under the control of the Board of Governors.
PIPS Board of Governors seeks applications for the post of Executive Director, Pakistan Institute for Parliamentary Services from dynamic individuals with clear insight of developing viable plans and their implementation to consolidate the Institute into a vibrant scat of parliamentary learning recognized nationally and internationally. The candidates a re requested to send thei r detailed CVs with a mandatory covering letter describing their vision and leadership to run the Institute.
According to PIPS Employees (Recruitment & Conditions of Service) Rules, 2010 the post of the Executive Director is placed in MP-1 scale. Applications are invited from candidates having the following educational qualification, experience and age.
Executive Director (MP-I)
i. Applications may be sent at the following address within 15 days from the date of advertisement.
ii. Only the Candidates possessing prescribed qualification, experience and age may apply.
iii. Persons already in Government Service may apply through proper channel.
iv. Applications without vision statement shall not be entertained.
v. Those who have already applied should apply afresh.
vi. No TA/DA will be admissible for the interview(s).
vii. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview(s).
