This diploma shall examine strategic HR, its implementation, and link strategy to talent.
By developing a framework for practicing strategic HR, its implementation will also encompass traditional functional areas, such as staffing, performance management, motivation, compensation, training and development, and diversity management.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
This comprehensive diploma is designed to get HR leadership into a state of readiness and enable them to execute. Designed for mid to senior professionals, with at least three to five years of corporate experience who are ready to pursue their careers into strategic HR leadership.
A large part of the lectures and discussions shall be devoted to Lectures & Sessions. The attendees are formed into groups who will analyze various Organization Human resource initiatives and identify their strengths and gaps. The period between the mid-term and final examination is utilized preparations for the SHRM Certification. Several presentations are made in plenary session while the groups are developing their ideas towards a finalized project. It is while making these presentations that a lot of ‘learning’ occurs about various components of Strategic Human Resource management.
This diploma will be of particular interest to students interested in building their HR careers.
Professional Experience: Spread over 28 years in Strategic Human Resource Management, General Administration Training & Development etc., at multinationals, public and private sector organizations (Banks / Financial Institutions, 5 Star Hotels, HR Consulting). Qualification: MBA from University of Glasgow, U.K.

Quality Service Standards: Was the team member of ISO 9002 certification program at Standard Chartered and Leading Hotels of the World – quality assurance certification at Islamabad Serena Hotel.
Professional Trainings: Designed & conducted several professional training programs on performance culture building, service standards, strategic HRM, business leadership, performance management, organizational development, change management etc.

He is passionate about merging data, people, and strategy to create productive teams. Designing solutions, his consultancy work enables him to continuously learn and implement progressive and innovative trends of the industry. Compassionate and outcome driven, Raj brings forth practical experience and business thinking.
The program is of four-month duration. Classes will be held on Monday & Wednesday during 06:00pm to 09:00pm.
