The role requires partnering with retail business in areas of team performance, employee engagement, talent development, employee relations, performance management and compensation. Support the Head of HR with development and implementation of the retail HR strategies that will help elevate HR / Operational effectiveness.

QUALIFICATION: MBA or Masters in HR from a reputable institute

EXPERIENCE: 5-6 years of relevant experience

ASSISTANT MANAGER HR

This position will be responsible for the HR service delivery in the Central and North region the main focus will be partnering with the retail team and be the first point of contact for all HR related matters.

QUALIFICATION: MBA or Masters in HR from a reputable institute

EXPERIENCE: 2-3 years of relevant experience

TALENT ACQUISITION & OD LEAD

Responsible for the design, development, and implementation of talent management programs/processes for the whole company. The role partners with HODs and senior leadership to identify needs, design relevant processes, and provide recruitment support

QUALIFICATION: MBA or Masters in HR from a reputable institute

EXPERIENCE: 5-6 years of relevant experience
