SBCA further advises General Public to sign a written Agreement with the bo lder I developer at the time of booing on Rs. 100.’- Stamp Paper in accordance wth MODEL AGREEMENT of SBCA as per Clause (4). Section 12 of SBC0-1979 upto date, within 30 days of booking of unit and before issuance of Allocaion letter. The agreement wfl be got countersigned / witnessed by the authorized representative of ABAD within 15 days, otherwise Buker, i not allowed to collect further payment / installments as per approved schedule of payment otherwise SBCA w. not act as an   any dispute between the Banker / Developer and Allottee Copy of MODEL AGREEMENT may be obtaned from Public Counter.
