SINDH FOOD AUTHORITY TRAINING SCHOOL
Sindh Food Authority offers Training Program for all interested government, non-government and semi-government, private organizations, food handlers, hotels & restaurants, hospitals (Government & Private), housewives and others to participate in the following Levels 1&2 regarding Food Safety, Hygiene and Food Awareness Program.
Understand the obligations of food handlers under current legislation. Learn the correct way of food handling and storage. Identify potential hygienic risks.
Implement correct methods of cleaning and sanitizing. Maintain correct standards of personal hygiene for food handlers. Reduce the risk of food-borne illness (food poisoning).
Implement procedures for food safety.
Follow all food safety policies and procedures correctly and consistently according to organization food safety program requirements to ensure compliance of all food handling practices. Control food hazards at critical control points.
Complete food safety monitoring processes and complete documents as outlined in the food safety program. Intensify and report practices that are inconsistent with the food safety program. Take corrective actions for incidents where food hazards are unacceptable.
Training Classes will Commence from 1st July; 2019 — Duration: 2 Days Course (Each Level)
