Position / Title: HR Business Partner – Karachi

Responsible for end to end recruitment as per the business plan for the year within the respective Region/domain.
Co-facilitates New Employee Orientation (NEO) program for new hires.
Facilitate & Ensures merit & transparency in Internal Elevations, transfers & promotions.
Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances & direct to concern where required.
Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.
Provides day-to-day guidance to line management (e.g. coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions)
Ensures & Facilitate implementation of HR procedures & practices in respective domain.
Facilitate performance management & Talent Management activities in respective region.
Coordination with C&B team for payroll & other benefits of employees.
Education and Experience: Masters preferably MBA with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
