The University of Management and Technology (UMT), Lahore, is one of the most prestigious higher education institutions of the country by virtue of its accreditations and accomplishments. UMT offers 125+ undergraduate, graduate and doctoral programs. It consists of 14 schools, 5 institutes, 31 academic departments, 21 centers, 1 sub-campus in Sialkot, 17,000+ active students, and 700+ faculty members inclusive of 165+ PhD faculty.

TRAINING MANAGER

We are seeking to appoint a qualified, dedicated and competent individual for the position of Training Manager.

Key Responsibilities

■ Conduct regular training need assessments to identify skills or knowledge gaps

■ Develop training plan with clear budgetary targets

■ Develop training manuals and contents, and design comprehensive training programs

■ Select ideal training methods as per the customer/ audience needs

■ Market and promote training opportunities/ programs to employees

■ Evaluate effectiveness of training courses, and provide summary reports to manage and determine impact of training on employee skills and university goals

Eligibility Criteria

■ Minimum 16 years of education in the relevant field

■ 8-10 years of full-time experience in design and delivery of training programs

■ Understanding of key techniques (Training Needs Analysis, Evaluation, Learning and Development)

■ Knowledge of web-based learning platforms and modern training

■ Excellent communication skills

BRAND MANAGERS

We are looking for Brand Managers for the promotion of the organization’s brand identity, public image and other marketing collateral.

Key Responsibilities

■ Design brand strategy to promote the schools and institutes of UMT on digital platforms

■ Develop and execute marketing campaigns aimed towards communicating and highlighting the programs and activities of UMT on all social platforms

■ Develop and coordinate multimedia packages and identify opportunities for applying new technologies, digital products and services to UMT digital marketing

■ Ensure that website and social media accounts are updated, and the content and design reflect university happenings and research through an attractive and efficient interface

■ Manage all in-house design requirements, and have design and aesthetics know-how to ensure creative and high quality designing and communication at relevant UMT platforms

■ Plan, develop and execute digital programs and campaigns, using one or more digital/online techniques

Requisite Qualification and Experience

■ 16 years of relevant qualification

■ 5-7 years of marketing, brand management or public relations experience
