Dr. Panjwani Center for Molecular Medicine and Drug Research (PCMD). International Center for Chemical and Biological Sciences (ICCBS). University of Karachi, is proving world class scientific training to the graduate students in the areas of molecular medicine and drug discovery by focusing on the development of new and elective diagnostic and treatment techniques against prevailing diseases. The center is also fostenng scientific collaboration by providing forum for information exchange and joint studies between health related academic disciplines. Raising general awareness about the diseases and their prevention, cure and treatment is also an important activity of the PCMD. The management of the PCMD and VEPP has been organizing a series of popular lectures for public awareness on common diseases of Pakistan for last six years.
