NOTICE INVITING TENDER OF HIRING PRIVATE ROSES FOR THE YEAR 2010-2020
Sealed bids are invited through single stage two envelopes (one Technical Envelope & 2nd Financial Envelope) procedure according to SPPRA Rule 2010 (Amended 2017) from the interested Private Buses contractors/companies/firms registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax and Sindh Revenue Board.
From 10-06-2019 to 01 -07-2019 on working days with bidding documents 02-07-2019 Up to 12:00 noon 02-07-2019 at 01:00 pm Office of the Incharge Transport Section at Sindh University Engineering Wing, Jamshoro
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
(a) Under following conditions, bid can be rejected:
(i) Conditional and telegraphic bids/tenders;
(ii) Bids not accompanied by bid security of 2% in the shape of call deposit/pay order in the name of University of Sindh, Jamshoro
(iii) Bids received after specified date and time.
(b) Bid validity Period: – 90 days
(c) The Procurement Agency, (Sindh University Jamshoro) reserves the right to reject all or any bids subject to the relevant provisions of Sindh Public Procurement Rules 2017 amended up to date.
(d) Responsive Bidder is required to submit following documents with their bid:
(i) Income tax certificate/NTN from income tax department.
(ii) Sales tax registration certificate/proof of registration with SRB.
(iii) Proof/certificate of relevant experience.

(iv) Bid must be signed, named & stamped by the authorised person of the firm/companies along with authorized letter.
(v) Blacklisted firms/companies/unsatisfactory service.
(vi) Extension for one year will be considered at 10% of approved bid with same terms & conditions.
(iv) Bank statements of last 06 months.
(v) Contractor having licensed drivers for plying buses.
(vi) Physical fitness certificate of all buses from the competent authority.
