Position: Supervisor Contact Center
Maintaining SLA, Efficiency and Floor decorum
Interviews for hiring contact center executives.
Ensuring agents understand and comply with all contact center objectives, performance standards, and policies.
Answering agent To Conduct initial questions regarding best practices or difficult calls.
Identifying operational issues and suggesting possible improvements.
Monitoring and evaluating agent performance, providing learning or coaching opportunities, and taking corrective action, if necessary.
Preparing Quantitative reports, Live Call Monitoring and analyzing data to assist management as they determine contact center goals.
Working with other supervisors and management team members to support agents and maximize customer satisfaction.
Assist the management with any assignment that comes up.
Qualification & Experience: Minimum graduation & work experience of 1 year in contact center
